Miami’s rooftop nightlife is getting a fiery upgrade this September as Rosa Sky Rooftop hosts Aries Moon Rising on Saturday, September 26, from 8 PM to 2 AM.
Set 22 stories above Brickell, Rosa Sky’s Moon Rising series brings a different theme to the rooftop with each lunar cycle, combining panoramic Miami skyline views, specialty cocktails, DJ sets and a high-energy atmosphere.
For September’s celebration, the rooftop will embrace the bold and fiery spirit of Aries with two cocktails created specifically for the evening.
Priced at $16, the Celestial Smoke combines Bulleit Bourbon, fresh lemon juice and simple syrup, finished with a Malbec sparkling wine float.
The cocktail brings together bourbon and bright citrus flavors with the richness of a sparkling wine finish, making it one of the featured drinks of the evening.
Also priced at $16, the Inferno Kiss brings a spicy and refreshing combination to the celebration.
