From noon to 4PM, guests can enjoy bountiful offerings for $75 per person, featuring an array of fresh warm house baked pastries including assorted artisan breads and baked goods; a decadent cheese, bread and charcuterie station offering challah, ciabatta, focaccia, crisinis, Manchego, smoked gouda, whipped goat cheese, porchetta, dry chorizo and more. True to Executive Chef Wolfgang Birk’s ocean-to-table cuisine, a lavish chilled seafood display will include fresh shucked oysters, ceviche shooters and chilled salad of calamari, clam, crab and smoked salmon, among others. A Made-to-Order station will include omelets including the Epic Omelet prepared with farm eggs and varied options such as mushrooms, scallions, Nueske bacon and an assortment of fine cheeses; Brioche French Toast and Eggs Benedict. For the pièce de resistance, Area 31 will offer delightful entrées such as Petit Filet with braised cippolinis and bordelaise; Buttermilk Fried Chicken served with local honey and Tabasco; and Lasagna di Mare prepared with lobster, crab, shrimp, wild ramps and ricotta. Delectable desserts will range from Crêpes accompanied by choice of seasonal fruits, dulce de leche, nutella and more; Cheesecake with Strawberries; assorted verrines; macaroons and bonbons; Valrhona Chocolate Tart and a rich Chocolate Dome.
