Rust Wynwood Brings Anthony Bourdain's Favorite Uruguayan Dish To Miami

Picture provided by Heidi Malaret, TARA, Ink.

Not everyone may be able to travel to dine like Anthony Bourdain, but they can certainly eat like him at RUST Wynwood!

Offering the famed Chivito Uruguayo, Uruguay’s sandwich-style national dish, Executive Chef Diego Medina combines beef tenderloin, ham, mozzarella cheese, bacon, green olives, roasted bell peppers, fried egg, tomato, lettuce and aioli with a side of fries for an authentic experience of the mighty sandwich Anthony Bourdain considered “the best sandwich he has tasted in his life.”

Other “culinary passport” worthy Latin-inspired dishes include the Camarones Cabrones served with red Mexican sauce, avocado puree, spicy jalapeños, cilantro, radish and micro greens and the Ceviche De Dora, a Mahi Mahi ceviche, served with house-made aji amarillo sauce.
