3800 Ocean, Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island Beach Resort & Spa’s signature restaurant and “collective kitchen,” is proud to announce a four-course wine dinner on Dec. 14 with Luciano Castiello, the official ambassador for Castello Banfi and Vigne Regali, and the unofficial ambassador for Italy’s “slow food” culture.
The evening of award-winning food and drink will begin at 6:30 p.m. with a reception, followed by a full seated dinner at 7 p.m. Castiello is an industry veteran of over 30 years, the son of a winemaker and a chef raised on the Italian Riviera. With extensive experience and a strong passion for food and international wine, he acts as the intermediary between grower and customer.

Chef Gustavo Calderon, executive chef of 3800 Ocean, will lead the food portion of the menu. The restaurant was recently honored with Wine Spectator’s Restaurant Award for the third consecutive year, setting it apart as a top destination in the world for wine lovers.
