Bianca at Delano rolls out Thanksgiving menu

WHAT:

Looking for an alternative to the arduous process of a home-cooked Thanksgiving meal? Round up the family and let Chef Luciano Sautto take the stress out of your holiday celebration with a lavish Thanksgiving feast at Bianca at Delano. The Italian eatery will be open on Thursday, Nov. 27 and is offering a special menu that’s certainly something to be thankful for. Crafted by Chef Luciano, the 3-course dinner begins with a choice of Fregola Con Vongole E Cozze with fregola pasta, steamed clams and mussels and saffron brodo or Roasted Delicata Squash with homemade ricotta, Italian greens and toasted pumpkin seeds. For an entrée, Chef is offering either a modern take on traditional Boneless Roasted Organic Turkey with Italian herbs, bourbon gravy and candied sweet potato or the more adventurous Bistecca Alla Fiorentina, a 26-oz. T-bone steak marinated with garlic and herbs served with roasted elephant garlic and truffle mashed potatoes. The meal rounds out with an indulgent Duetto, pecan and pumpkin pie with Fior di Latte gelatto. Dinner costs $65 per person.
