Beaker & Gray to host The Dalmore Scotch Dinner for Thursday, October 14, 2021
WHO/WHAT:
Scotch lovers rejoice as Beaker & Gray will host a not-to-be-missed Dalmore Scotch Dinner on Thursday, October 14. Created by chef/co-owner Brian Nasajon the opulent four-course dinner will be complemented by beverage selections from The Principal Collection of The Dalmore Highland Single Malt Scotch Whiskys. Guests will have the opportunity to indulge in an American cuisine-inspired menu while sipping on inventive cocktails for the price of $165 per person (gratuity included). Signed bottles will be available for purchase after the event. The menu is as follows:
1st Course
Compressed Bitter Greens with pancetta, caramelized dates & bosc pear paired with Royal Stag Highball with The
Dalmore 12 Year, sparkling pear cider, orange liqueur & spiced bitters
2nd Course
Smoked Chicken Sausage with mustard scotch beurre blanc, pecans & focaccia paired with
The Dalmore Port Wood Reserve
3rd Course
Grilled Ribeye with crunchy baked potato, miso butter, sour cream & onion paired with
The Dalmore 15 Year
