Wynwood’s premier dining destination introduces new dinner and dessert menus

Nestled in the heart of Wynwood, Beaker & Gray quickly became one of Miami’s must-try eateries since opening in late 2015. Now, Chef/Owner Brian Nasajon is spicing things up with a revamped dinner menu. Staying true to his culinary style, Nasajon delivers global flavors perfect for the upcoming summer months in South Florida.

New Bites include tasty Gambas ($12) – shrimp, garlic, dill, and sherry; and Pork Rib ($11) – swiney deliciousness with hoisin, anise, and farofa. Colds include the B&G Salad ($12) – farmer greens, cashew, and candied ginger; Big Eye Tuna ($16) – stracciatella, olive, and relish; and Hamachi ($16) – cilantro, honey, and buttermilk. Swapping out the Small and Not So Small plates, the new line-up features a succulent medley of all things Hot, offering past menu favorites and fresh additions like the Paiche ($17) – with creamed corn, habanero, and grapes; Shortrib ($17) – pearl onion, tomato cream and French toast; and a summer-time favorite, Fried Chicken ($15) – jerk spice, tzatziki, and dill.

In addition to the new savory selections, the sweetheart of Wynwood’s dining scene just got a whole lot sweeter with a fresh variety of unique desserts. Pastry Chef John Maieli complements the hip eatery’s flavorful dinner menu with an assortment of delicacies. Maieli brings a broad knowledge of gourmet desserts and nine years of experience in the industry. As pastry chef of Beaker & Gray, he aims to please with artful, decadent treats.

Offered during dinner service, Sunday through Thursday from 6PM to 11PM, Friday and Saturday from 6PM to Midnight, sugar-fiends will have the opportunity to choose from an array of options. Priced at $11 each, the new dessert menu includes Chocolate Chip Cookie Donuts – served with frozen milk; Liquid Dulce de Leche – sweet cream ice cream and butter crumbs; Key Lime Parfait – coconut milk, key lime sherbet, and blue corn flakes; the Beaker Bar – cashew sable, dulce de leche, dark chocolate, vanilla cream; and the ridiculously yummy 7–Layer Chocolate – chocolate, chocolate, and more chocolate.

Beaker & Gray is located at 2637 North Miami Avenue in Wynwood. Lunch is served Monday through Friday, Noon to 4PM; dinner is served Sunday through Thursday from 6PM to 11PM, and Friday and Saturday from 6PM to Midnight. Brunch is served Saturday and Sunday from 11AM to 4PM. Happy Hour is Monday through Friday, 4PM to 7PM & Monday through Thursday, 11PM to 2AM.
