Former Top Chef Contestant Lindsay Autry to Join Simon Stojanovic for Guest Chef Dinner Thursday, April 19, 2012

Simon Stojanovic, executive chef of Miami Beach’s award-winning dining destination Altamare, will share his kitchen on Thursday, April 19, 2012 with a very special guest – North Carolina native and former Bravo network Top Chef contestant, Lindsay Autry, for an intimate guest chef dinner

Autry will be joining Stojanovic for what is sure to be a flavorful and memorable evening – one that will pair fresh, locally-sourced ingredients with Autry’s Southern-style cooking and a preview of Stojanovic’s dishes that will be featured on Altamare’s new restaurant concept TIKL, slated to open in Brickell, late spring 2012. Pastry chef Michelle Cabrera, the talent behind Altamare’s sweeter side, will dish out mouth-watering desserts. Priced at $80 per person; excluding tax and gratuity, the multi-course dinner starts at 7 p.m. Menu follows.
