Celebrate Thanksgiving with Asia de Cuba at Mondrian South Beach with an imaginatively prepared four-course holiday menu. Begin with a warm bowl of Calabaza (West Indian pumpkin) Soup with a black bean dumpling, followed by a refreshing Avocado, Mango and Crab Salad dressed in a tropical fruit sauce. For the entrée, Chef Joe Maynard took the route of traditional with a twist, serving Pavochòn, a turkey roasted in the style of lechòn, or Suckling Pig. The menu’s final course is a sweet sendoff of Coconut Flan with besitos de coco and Spiced Rum Anglaise.
