Ariete Hospitality Group Kicks Off Springs With New Brunch Offering & Revamped Happy Hour Specials
Fans of Chug’s Diner and Navé have extra reason to celebrate the arrival of Spring with new seasonal temptations and Happy Hour specials. A local mainstay since first launching as a pop-up, Chug’s Diner has become a Grove go-to for breakfast fare and classic American dishes with a Cuban flair. Much like Chug’s, chef/restaurateur Michael Beltran’s Italian-inspired eatery Navé, quickly rose to fame for inventive house-made pastas and fresh seafood. Now, diners can flock to the Grove’s beloved Cuban-American diner for new tantalizing brunch dishes, and enjoy a revamped Happy Hour at Navé complete with savory bites, select cocktails and – you guessed it – the eatery’s signature martini.
Named “one of the Best Cuban Restaurants in Miami” by USA Today 10Best, Chug’s Diner continues to set the bar high for brunch in the Magic City. In addition to the eatery’s signature items, guests can now feast on new must-try dishes such as Sausage Egg & Cheese – venison sausage, sunny side up egg, American cheese, yuca papitas on Cuban bread; Veggie Hash served with maduros, green plantain, calabaza, potato, spicy sofrito and fried eggs; Steak & Eggs – Cuban boliche, sunny side up eggs and white rice. Brunch hours have been altered on Saturdays and Sundays and now the full brunch menu is available from 8AM – 5PM. Chug’s is located in the heart of Coconut Grove at 3444 Main Highway. The Brunch menu is available on Saturdays and Sundays from 8AM – 5PM. Known as a Coconut Grove hotspot for Happy Hour, Navé, has recently taken its cocktail program and Happy Hour offerings to another level. Offerings include Bubbles By the Glass ($6); Martini ($10); French 75 ($10); Old Fashioned ($10); Beer ($6); and select Wine by the glass ($8). Guests also have the opportunity to indulge in small bites like the Chef’s Daily Selection of Happy Hour Oysters ($2); Tuna Conserva ($14) – prepared with olive tapenade, pickled fennel; Polpette ($17) – swordfish, romesco and patatas bravas and Nave Butter Burger ($20) – double cheeseburger, cheddar, grilled onions, bone marrow butter and French onion aioli.
