The 18th edition of SCOPE Miami Beach returns to the sands of Ocean Drive and 8th Street. Featuring 140 International Exhibitors from 25 countries and 60 cities, SCOPE Miami Beach will welcome over 60,000 visitors over the course of 6 days. Amidst an unprecedented outpouring of critical acclaim from press, curators and collectors, and a digital and social media outreach campaign garnering over 450 million impressions, SCOPE Miami Beach is once again poised to lead the charge for emerging contemporary art market.
This year, SCOPE Miami Beach deepens its ties with the New Contemporary and Street Art genres by celebrating HI-FRUCTOSE’s 14th year in publication. The publication will be transforming the SCOPE tent with ambitious projects curated by the legendary publication, featuring artists Okuda, HOTTEA, and AJ Fosik alongside exemplary VIP Programming, immersive Special Projects, compelling brand integrations and a dynamic array of Museum and Cultural Partners.
SCOPE Miami Beach 2018 will open with the Platinum First View on Tuesday, December 4, 12pm-4pm; followed by its VIP + Press Preview on Tuesday, December 4, 4pm-8pm. The fair will run through December 9th; 11am-8pm Wednesday-Sunday.
Complimenting their ocean view lounge, SCOPE is pleased to offer a complimentary VIP Car Service courtesy of Porsche. Upon presentation of your SCOPE VIP Card, enjoy a ride in one of the luxury sedans Porsche offers during all fair hours. The VIP Car service will run on a constant route to/from SCOPE and to/from Art Basel Miami Beach and will be available on a first- come- first-serve basis.

OKUDA SAN MIGUEL
SCOPE Miami Beach is delighted to host renowned artist Okuda San Miguel in conjunction with Hi-Fructose Magazine for his first Miami Art Week exhibition. He will be creating an immersive sculpture and mural installation inside of the SCOPE atrium space where he will be painting a live mural, inviting spectators to follow his progress in real time and to be characters inside the universes that he so expertly creates.
For over 10 years, Okuda has been creating monumental murals and installations around the world from the sides of buildings to prestigious museum institutions. His large sale murals and street sculptures can be found dominating parks and squares around the world. His insatiable thirst for creation is evident through his vibrant mixed media approach to works on canvas and paper mixed with diverse elements of embroidery, collage, and wood.
