D'Angelo Weston

Restaurateur and chef, Angelo Elia, hosts his first wine dinner at Angelo Elia Pizza Bar and Tapas in Weston on Tuesday, April 14th. Chef Elia and Executive Chef Rickie Piper worked hand and hand in creating four special dishes that do not normally appear on the menu including Pan Roasted Scallops over Sicilian eggplant caponata and Braised Beef Short Ribs with cauliflower and pecorino mash, and crispy leeks. Sommelier Koen Kersemans has selected Italian wines such as the Bucci, Verdichhio dei Castello di Jesi and the Les Cretes, Pinot Nero Valle D’Aosta to complement the dining experience.
