Drunken Dragon, South Beach’s first Korean barbecue restaurant, celebrates its 3rd year anniversary. The now nationally acclaimed restaurant, continues to offer its staple do-it- yourself method of tableside grilling paired with modern Asian tapas, specialty cocktails and delectable desserts. Executive Chef Xavier Torres (formerly of Miami’s The Dutch, Nobu and Zuma) brings influences from all over Asia, to the shores of South Beach with an eclectically tasty menu. Torres’ continues to innovate and translate his many travels into his daily specials, giving an enticing taste of Northern Europe, Italy, Japan, Northern Thailand, South Korea, Bali and Panama, one bite at a time. One of the most recent additions to the special menu is the mouthwatering S'mores dessert made from Valrhona dark chocolate ganache, topped with burnt marshmallows and homemade graham crackers.
